Meat boxes

We sell high quality slow-grown meat for home delivery or for collection from the farm.

Because we do not sell meat from any animal under 18 months old, we are not constrained by the conventional sheep farming calendar. We plan our meat production around the orders we receive. We usually have stock available, which can be sent to you chilled or frozen (see our Q&A page for more information about this).

If you are interested in one of the larger boxes and would like it fresh from the butcher (rather than frozen), then drop us a line so we can tell you the likely delivery date. The benefit of this approach is that we can usually prepare the meat in any way you like. We have been able to supply orders for traditional large joints for big dinners, as well as for specialist cuts for keen cooks. We can also supply whole carcasses to butchers and restaurants.  Our rare breed meat (such as the Viking taster box) is in high demand, and is best booked in advance.

We also keep in stock a selection of frozen joints, chops, mince etc., available for collection direct from the farm. Please email or call us in advance to arrange a time to collect the meat. We will usually be able to prepare this at short notice.
