Full Hogget Box

The full hogget (young sheep, between 24 and 36 months old in most cases), from our heritage breeds of Exmoor Horn, Jacob and Blue Faced Leicester.
You can choose the joints you would like, and we will do our best to accommodate most tastes. The list of options can be found here. Joints can be whole (bone-in) or boned and rolled. Grass-fed, certified organic and high welfare.
This is a lot of meat, in the range of 18kg to 22kg, so be sure to have the freezer space, or share it with a friend.
