Full Mutton Box

The full mutton (older sheep, over 36 months), from our larger breeds of Exmoor Horn, Jacob and Blue Faced Leicester. The gourmet’s choice, slow cooked for flavour and texture.
You can choose the joints you would like, and we will do our best to accommodate most tastes. The list of options can be found here. Joints can be whole (bone-in) or boned and rolled.
This can be a lot of meat, in the range of 18-20kg, so be sure to have the freezer space, or share it with a friend.
