Family Box

About 9 or 10kg of hogget joints (young sheep, between 24 and 36 months old in most cases), from our larger breeds of Exmoor Horn, Jacob and Blue Faced Leicester.
Box will contain 2 x half leg joints, 2 x half shoulder joints, some chops, mince and other bits and pieces.
The joints will be rolled (with bone left in) unless you ask us to take the bone out.
As always, offal and stock bones available on request.
The joints will be about 1.5 – 2kg each, which is a popular size for small family roast, or a fine dinner for two with shepherd’s pie the next day.
