Full Viking Box

A full selection of fine cuts from our primitive breeds of sheep: the neolithic North Ronaldsay, Shetland or Balwen. Eat like a Viking, as these ancient breeds are rich in taste and nutrition.
You can choose the joints you would like, and we will do our best to accommodate most tastes. The list of options can be found here. Joints can be whole (bone-in) or boned and rolled. As this is a small animal, compared to the heritage breeds, some cuts are not available, for instance chops are too small, so better cooked as a rack.
The box will contain about 12kg to 14kg of meat.
Note that availability of these boxes is limited, and it is best to book well in advance. If Odin can wait, so can you.
