Half Mutton Box

Half a mutton (an older sheep), from our larger breeds of Exmoor Horn, Jacob and Blue Faced Leicester. The gourmet’s choice, slow cooked for flavour and texture.
You can choose the joints you would like, and we will do our best to accommodate most tastes. The list of options can be found here. Joints can be whole (bone-in) or boned and rolled.
This will usually include 2 x half leg joints, 2x half shoulder joints, some mince, chops and other bits and pieces, adding up to 9 – 12kg, so be sure to have the freezer space, or share it with a friend.
