Family Box

A selection of hogget joints (young sheep, between 24 and 36 months old in most cases), from our larger breeds of Exmoor Horn, Jacob and Blue Faced Leicester.
Box will contain some half shoulder and leg joints, some chops, mince and other bits and pieces, in total at least 8kg of meat.
As always, offal and stock bones may be available on request.
The joints will be about 1.5kg each, which is a popular size for small family roast, or a fine dinner for two with shepherd’s pie the next day.
