It’s been a busy year for meatboxes! Thank you to all our customers who bought our hogget, viking or mutton boxes this year.
We usually stop all orders around mid-November, as the abattoir starts to get busy and the couriers become less reliable as the vans fill up with Christmas parcels. This year, we are stopping earlier as we have simply run out of stock. We can probably do the odd taster box with what’s in the freezer, but we have already had to turn down a couple of orders for whole hogget boxes.
We will back up and running next year, probably in the spring. In the meantime, there may be mutton to be had, but that, too, may have to wait until after Christmas.
